Warranty and Return Policy

• Eligibility - we accept returns of unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of the date you received your order.
• Condition - returned products must be in their original condition, sealed in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Please keep the items in good condition while they are in your possession.
• If these conditions are not met we may have to decline the return.

Contact us before sending anything back and we will open the return for you and confirm the correct address. You will receive an email confirmation from us - please keep it for your reference.

For a standard return, the cost of shipping the items back to us is yours. We recommend using a trackable service.

Where the goods were damaged, faulty or sent to you in error, we cover the return shipping as well as the original delivery cost - see below.

You can cancel an order at any time before it has been shipped - just contact us and we will stop it.

Once an order is on its way, it falls under the 30-day return process described above: contact us, send the items back unopened in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving them, and we will refund you.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we will refund the full price you paid, including both the original delivery cost and the return shipping cost.

We will issue a full refund or, if you prefer, replace the goods with the same or a similar product, subject to availability. This applies provided we are reasonably satisfied that the goods were not damaged after delivery, misused, used improperly, or subject to normal wear and tear.

Please tell us within 10 working days of receiving the product or discovering the fault. Email or call us with your name, order reference number and a short description of the problem, and we will send you return instructions.

If the exact product you ordered is no longer available because its specification changed, we will offer you a substitute of equal or better quality at the same price. If the replacement is not right for you, you can return it to us.

We work hard to keep our catalogue accurate, but errors do happen. If a product's price or description turns out to be listed incorrectly, we reserve the right not to supply the item at that price, at any stage of the order. We will tell you immediately, and refund you in full if the order has already been paid.

Once we receive the returned goods we examine them and email you within 14 working days about your refund or replacement.

Refunds are returned to the card or payment account used for the original purchase.

If returned goods show signs of damage after delivery, misuse, improper use or normal wear and tear, or are not returned in their original packaging, we may decline the refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
