Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrectly Delivered Goods
If you receive damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered goods, we are here to assist you promptly:
1. Refund Inclusions: We will offer a refund for the full price paid at purchase, including both the initial delivery costs and the return shipping costs if:
- The goods were damaged during delivery.
- The goods are in a faulty condition.

Incorrectly Priced or Described Goods
We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur. If a product's description or price is listed inaccurately:
1. Non-obligation: We reserve the right not to sell or provide said goods to you, regardless of the order stage, if we identify an error. You will be notified immediately, and a refund will be issued if the goods have already been paid for.
