Polyether Impression

Polyether impression materials for fixed and implant prosthetics. They are dimensionally stable, flow well in a moist field and set rigid, which holds transfers and copings firmly in the impression.

Polyether is naturally hydrophilic, so it captures margins well even when the sulcus is not perfectly dry. Its rigidity makes it a common choice for open tray implant impressions.

The set material is stiff, so block out deep undercuts and large embrasures before taking the impression to make removal easier.
