Shipping and Delivery
Everything you need to know about how your order reaches you - what shipping costs, how long it takes, and who pays the customs. Short version: we cover the import duties, and shipping is free once your order passes the thresholds below.

FedEx Express is available to every destination we ship to. Eco-Post is available to selected destinations - if it is available for your address, it will appear as an option at checkout.
Where We Ship
We deliver to more than 100 countries. Orders are dispatched within one business day of payment being received, and you choose your shipping method at checkout.
We Cover Import Duties and Customs
Import duties, taxes and customs charges are covered by dip dental™. They are included in what you pay us, so there is nothing extra to pay when your order is delivered. No surprises.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as a tracking number is available we email it to you, and you can follow your order at any time from the Order Tracking page.
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for parcels held in customs, and that in some countries a registered parcel cannot be tracked beyond the border crossing.
Delivery Address and Receiving Your Parcel
Your parcel is delivered to the address you enter at checkout, so please check it carefully. If a parcel has to be reshipped because the address was incorrect, the cost of reshipment is payable by the customer.
Someone aged 18 or over must be available to sign for the delivery.
If an Item Is Unavailable
If something you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we email you. You can choose to wait for it to come back into stock or cancel that part of your order. Please make sure the email address on your account is correct - it is how we reach you.
