Surgical Instruments

Surgical instruments for implant placement, covering the full sequence from the initial osteotomy through to final torque on the abutment screw. The range includes ratchet, manual and motor mount drivers for Internal Hex and Conical Connection platforms, torque wrenches and electronic torque drivers, lance and pilot drills, trephine and bone collector drills, and burs for bone shaping. Most items are compatible across the major implant systems rather than tied to a single brand, and are stocked for clinics and laboratories placing implants daily.

Drivers. Ratchet, manual hand, manual XL and motor mount drivers for Internal Hex Ø2.42mm, narrow Internal Hex Ø2.00mm and Conical Connection NP Ø3.5mm and RP Ø4.3-5.0mm, plus prosthetic screw drivers Ø1.25mm. Brand specific motor mount drivers are available compatible with Osstem®, Hiossen®, MegaGen®, Nobel Active®, Branemark®, Straumann® SCS, Zimmer®, Alpha Bio and Kentec / Platon connections. The IMPLIGHT light-guided ratchet driver and the Universal Driver All-In-One cover implant and prosthetic connections in a single instrument.

Torque control. Manual torque drivers from 5 to 35Ncm, a 15Ncm hand torque driver, the electronic eiDriver at 20 and 30Ncm, and Ø6.35mm hexagonal ratchet wrenches including 10-35/45Ncm and high torque 25-100Ncm versions. Adapters run between ratchet, motor mount and manual handles, so one driver tip fits whichever handle the case needs.

Drills and burs. Lance and initial drills with DLC coating, marking pilot drills Ø1.9mm, standard cylindrical drills, trephine drills with and without a central pin for bone ring harvesting, plain reamer drills, NLBC bone collector drills, and surgical burs for bone shaping in round, inverted cone, swirl cycle and Ø7mm contouring shapes.

Ridge and bone management. Ridge split chisels and bone expanders, surgical saw discs for ridge splitting, and parallel guide pins for checking angulation during site preparation.

Motors, handpieces and organization. NSK S-Max SG20L 20:1 low-speed surgical handpieces, DSI LED implant motors at 80Ncm supplied with a 20:1 contra-angle, flat sterilization kit trays and magnetic surgical tray pads.
