Ti-Base Extended Base with Removable Screw Compatible with Neodent® GM
The GM Ti-Base is an intermediate prosthetic component designed for implant-level, single-unit crown restorations within the Neodent® Grand Morse™ system. Manufactured from high-strength Ti6Al4V-ELI titanium alloy (per ASTM F136), it ensures mechanical stability, biocompatibility, and reliable long-term performance.
These titanium bases are available in three gingival height options - 08 mm, 1.5 mm, 2.5mm, 3.5 mm and 4.5 mm allowing to choose the most appropriate profile to match soft-tissue anatomy and achieve optimal aesthetic outcomes. All versions maintain the same platform (5.5×4), indexed design, and prosthetic compatibility.

Model Variants:
1. GM Titanium Base 5.5 × 4 × 0.8 mm Gingiva Height
This version features an ultra-low gingival height of 0.8 mm, making it ideal for cases with minimal soft tissue thickness.
It provides a low emergence profile and is particularly suitable for situations with a shallow gingival contour, where excessive height could compromise esthetics or crown design.
2. GM Titanium Base 5.5 × 4 × 1.5 mm Gingiva Height
The 1.5 mm option is intended for medium tissue heights, providing a balanced emergence profile while maintaining adequate prosthetic space.
It is a versatile choice appropriate for most standard clinical situations.
3. GM Titanium Base 5.5 × 4 × 2.5 mm Gingiva Height
The 2.5 mm version offers increased vertical height to accommodate thicker gingival tissues or deeper implant placement.
It ensures proper emergence contour and allows for a more natural transition from implant to crown in high-gingiva areas.
4. GM Titanium Base 5.5 × 4 × 3.5 mm - 3.5 mm Gingiva Height
This version features an extra-high gingival height (3.5 mm) and is intended for cases with very thick soft tissue or significantly deep implant placement.
It allows optimal control of the emergence profile, supports a smooth and natural transition from the implant to the crown, and contributes to the preservation of esthetic and biological outcomes in complex clinical situations.
4. GM Titanium Base 5.5 × 4 × 4.5 mm - 4.5 mm Gingiva Height
The 4.5 mm version is intended for complex restorations requiring significant vertical compensation above the implant platform, particularly in cases of very thick gingival tissue or deeply placed implants.
