Surgical scissors Spencer are mainly used for the removal of sutures, and for cutting surgical threads of all kinds. Spencer scissors have a small hook-shaped tip on one of the blades that can be slipped under the seam to lift it slightly before cutting. This hook also holds the seam so that it does not slip off the blade of the scissors before cutting.

Spencer surgical are excellent for any surgical procedure that requires the cutting of sutures and provides excellent results and comfortable work throughout.

The scissors themselves are made of the highest quality stainless steel and have excellent resistance to corrosion and rust over a long period of time. The scissors are resistant to all types of sterilization and disinfection, including sterilization in an autoclave.
