Dentaurum Quad Helix Jaw Expander Cross Bite is a high-quality four-loop expansion spring made for dental laboratories. It is left in the patient's mouth for three to twelve months, applying pressure to the sides of the molars and adjacent teeth, allowing for both dental and anatomical expansion of the upper jaw. The upper jaw, which is made up of two separate parts connected by the intermaxillary suture, expands by moving them outward in opposite directions. This dual mechanism involves both dental and anatomical extension, which creates more space in the upper jaw for proper tooth alignment. This fixed (non-removable) expander has four circles and provides comprehensive upper jaw widening both skeletally and dentally. Dentaurum Quad Helix Jaw Expander Cross Bite is made of high-quality, corrosion-resistant stainless steel and is inserted into palatal sheaths on upper molars to provide a long-lasting and effective solution for 3-12 months of treatment.
