Lab Acrylics

Acrylic resins for the dental laboratory, including cold cure and heat cure resins for denture bases, repairs and relines, orthodontic acrylics in clear and colored shades, and light cure tray base plates. Consistent mixing and curing properties give dense, stable results.

Heat cure acrylics give the highest strength and lowest residual monomer and are used for complete denture bases. Cold cure acrylics set at room temperature, which makes them convenient for repairs, relines and orthodontic appliances. Curing in a pressure pot reduces porosity.

Light cure base plates are used for custom trays and record bases, and set quickly without mixing.
