Components for the chairside to laboratory digital workflow, where a case is scanned at the chair and finished in the lab without a physical impression. The range covers Ti-Base CAD/CAM abutments in straight and angulated forms, titanium scan posts and scan bodies, digital and standard lab analogs, fixation screws and the bench consumables that go with them, compatible with MegaGen AnyRidge®, Neodent® GM, Osstem® TS, Hiossen® ET and Internal Hex platforms.

Ti-Base abutments. Anatomic Ti-Base CAD/CAM abutments Ø4.5mm for Internal Hex Ø2.42mm, angulated 25° versions for correcting emergence, and Ti-Bases compatible with MegaGen AnyRidge® in specified gingival and collar heights.

Scan bodies and scan posts. Titanium scan post abutments Ø3.7mm for Internal Hex, scan pins at 9mm and 13mm compatible with MegaGen AnyRidge®, Multi-Unit CAD/CAM scan bodies compatible with Neodent® GM, Osstem® TS and MegaGen®, and Osstem® TS / Hiossen® ET scan bodies in mini and regular platform.

Analogs. Digital lab analogs for printed models and standard platform analogs for Internal Hex Ø2.42mm, plus technical analog handles for holding the analog at the bench.

Prosthetic hardware. Fixation screws for Premium Multi-Unit M1.6 prosthetic parts, and Rhein83 ball attachment soft insert retention caps in normal size Ø2.5mm.

Bench consumables. Laboratory diamond burs in HP Ø2.35mm shanks, Renfert GEO Crowax modeling wax and vacuum forming plates.
