Vacuum forming machines and soft and hard forming plates for the dental laboratory and clinic. Make trays, splints, retainers and surgical guides in house instead of sending them out.

The machine heats the plate until it sags, then draws it down tightly over the model. Consistent heating and a strong vacuum give an accurate fit with good detail.

Choose the plate by the appliance, soft for bleaching trays and hard for retainers and guides, and trim the edges smooth before delivery.
