Lifetime Warranty on DIP Implants

DIP Implants are built to last a lifetime, and we stand behind our products. We offer a lifetime warranty on all DIP Implants and abutments manufactured by us. However, there are some important points to consider:

  • What the warranty covers: The warranty covers the replacement of the failed implant/abutment itself, free of charge.
  • What the warranty doesn't cover: The warranty does not cover any additional costs associated with the implant failure, such as surgery or other procedures.

By following these guidelines, you can ensure your DIP Implants warranty remains valid. However, if any of the conditions are not met, the warranty will be void.

Who is covered by the warranty?

This warranty is exclusively for the benefit of the dental professional who performed the implant procedure, not the patient. The warranty program applies to both GDT Implants and all official distributors.

DIP Implants Headquarters are located in the Emek Hefer region of Israel.

dip Implants is creating a network of global partners for the distribution of innovative dental implants, prosthetics, tools, and accessories.

Orders

We provide free worldwide shipping to over 200 countries & regions.

However, we are not responsible for customs charges. Customs may charge their own fees that are not associated with our shipping cost.

They are their own entity and reserve the right to charge as they see fit.

Unfortunately, DIP Implants is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments.

Please note that 99.9% of the times there is no issues or extra fees asked.

Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by DIP Implants.

For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

We accept payments by Credit cards, PayPal, and Bank transfer.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.

Please note that we require 1 to 2 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it.

Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is:

Standard Shipping | 7-21 Business days 

Express Shipping | DHL | 1-3 Business days

Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items within 60 minutes after an order is placed.
Please, if you have to cancel your order for any reason, reach out to us immediately at dip.connection@gmail.com if you can cancel within the given time frame.
We process orders as quickly as possible, so cancellations are time-sensitive.
