The Mayo Hager needle holder has strong jaws and a ratchet mechanism that locks the handles together and clamps the needle tightly between the jaws. This gives a very high working comfort without the need to keep pressing the grip to hold the needle. The tool gives a very efficient use of the sewing time and minimizes the number of movements necessary for positioning, inserting and extracting the needle and for final tying during the procedure.

The needle holder is very comfortable in the hand during use and gives quick results and does not tire the joint. The tool is made of exceptional quality materials and is resistant to corrosion and rust.
