The procedure is performed to increase the amount of bone in the upper jaw, particularly in the posterior maxilla. The sinus curette allows you to carefully access and manipulate the sinus membrane.

Curette 01 indications:

• One side is in the shape of a dome which helps push and separate the sinus membrane. The dome can be used in crestal or lateral approach.
• The other side is in the shape of a hook, designed for lateral approach separation of the sinus membrane from the sinus inner wall.
