DSI one-piece immediate implants are narrow-diameter implants and are especially good for usage in areas with limited space such as laterals and central incisors. They are ideal for immediate single-tooth restorations. These implants save time, reduce trauma for the patient, and produce outstanding aesthetic results at the final restoration. The most iconic diameter is the 2.8mm which is the smallest diameter on the market and achieves great results and exceptional aesthetics.
Despite the relatively slim structure, all DSI one-piece implants show an excellent load capacity that overcomes most industry-standard similar implants under 4mm diameter. DSI one-piece implants are used mainly for a single-stage protocol, which reduces soft-tissue trauma and is less difficult than typical two-stage protocols. The uniform structure of the implant enables immediate loading while preserving a very high success rate.

RBM surface treatment:
RBM surface treatment is based on high-speed particle blasting, using the resorbable bioceramics - Beta-tricalcium phosphate (β-TCP) material. The surface is cleaned and etched from calcium particles with an organic acid of low concentration. It does not change the titanium surface pattern while achieving a uniform surface homogenous pore diameter and larger BIC. β-TCP is a resorbable material, often used for synthetic bone grafting. It's completely dissolved and replaced by new bone formations.
